Yesterday, we went

to HDB Hub for our flat selection.

Our selection time was 11.45am as stated on the letter.
We got there early for Mac breakfast around 9am,
and went immediately to sit outside the rooms for our turn to come.

A nerve racking experience coz we didn't know if the unit we want was being selected.

Our number was called at 11am.
Glad that we were there early and waited out. If not, we could have missed out turn!

We were lucky to get queue number 5 from the ballot results.
We were even luckier to get the unit we want!
Out of the 18 available units, we are only interested in 1 of them and we got it!!!

Thrilled!


We paid $2000 and the flat is ours.



Went back home to get some rest (coz i'm down with flu) before we headed out for dinner.



Dinner.
Went to try out WATAMI at Junction8.

Ordered the $49 set for 2 persons which consist of 6 main dishes, a salad, a rice and 2 drinks.
I love the hot Yuzu Tea.




The food serving is generous. The set for 2 is enough to share between 3 persons.
I wouldn't say the food is fantastic, but its decent enough.
A good place to go if you want to have a hearty meal.








We managed to finish most of the food.
Except for the beef-soup-rice-dish (forgot the name of it) which i dun fancy,
and the buttered-corn-potato-dish (which is nice) but we decided not to burst our tummies.



After adding up taxes and service charges, bill is almost $60.

Not sure if we'll come back again for more.
