I need luck

A lot of times, i find that hard work itself does not lead me to where i want to be.
And i always feel that i'm missing the luck i need.

It's ironic. Some people are just so lucky. And me, always lack of luck.
Bewildered as it can get, a series of unfortunate stuff always, miraculously, unexpectedly happen on me.

Hello? Why me?

Trust me, its super frustrating because they are beyond my control and it always leave me
wondering why am i the victim.

Just the other day when i was exiting out of the mrt,
this auntie behind me stepped onto my favourite slippers and it snapped.
GREAT. No sorry from her, she quickly vanished down the escalator.
I had to get out of the mrt station and walked with only a slipper, like a pathetic lost bird with an injured wing,
to the nearest shopping mall to buy a new pair.

I guess i should hope for all the unlucky-ness to go away before i can get any good luck.

Not that i'm hoping to strike lottery or step onto gold. I just wish that my efforts pay off.
Its always saddening to see that people does not appreciate what you do.
Maybe i just have to double the effort.

Today, i really need some GOOD luck.
