Was really a bad Saturday for me. Not to mention someone made me really sad that day coz of his not-so-funny joke.

    Hi babe, my Le Pliage also got bubbles how do i send my bag for exchange? I brought the quite sometime back still can exchange?

    Mine was bought like 3 years ago. Just bring the bag back to any boutique and they will send the bag for check. If the serial no. belongs to a certain faulty batch, you can do a 1-to-1 exchange. Remember to go to a boutique with the most designs available so that you have more variety to choose from if you are able to do the exchange. You can get any designs available and top up the remaining amount accordingly. Hopes this help.
